SHRIRO products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to major failure.
The warranty terms and conditions are stipulated on the warranty card provided with the product/s and should be referred to before making a warranty claim.
While SHRIRO will use reasonable commercial endeavours to have the necessary spare parts available for the purpose of repair or service, SHRIRO will not be liable for delays due to sourcing of parts which are required, or due to circumstances beyond the control of SHRIRO.
